This was a screen print that I designed, my bestie helped me in making the final product. (Was made June 13 summer of 2018)

While I don’t skateboard myself, I am very much interested in the culture that surrounds it. I love watching King of The Road and Braille Skateboarding videos.

Forgot to make a post for this, but a card game that I made the art for has reached production this year and is selling at my college! To give some background, the president of Game Club wanted to do something more than just playing games so he had the idea for use to come together and work on developing something that could be put in our portfolios. After working on the game play we came up with the theme and I, being the lead concept artist, whipped up some sketches for our game and did the final version of the Beardie face card while my fellow game developers traced the rest of my sketches. (I didn’t make the panda though)

There was this dead bumblebee sitting on my deck, so I thought I would ensure that he didn't die in vain. He made a very nice source of inspiration for my watercolor painting. :)

Today I set some time aside to visit the Exerner marsh and sketched a little bit while I walked around! I haven't been there since I was in elementary school, it's so nice! I'm sure it'll be even nicer when it gets warmer. I spotted two swans, a gaggle of Canadian geese, a muskrat. I also came across owl pellets on the paths! 💚 🦉

I finished another one of my abstract landscapes, but this one was loosely based on a picture I took of a tree lined stream. -- I had to take pictures of the painting in sections because I closed my car door on my phone, so it's bent and the camera takes wonky photos now :/

I love how every time we go to a restaurant, me and two of my sisters bring little sketchbooks to draw in while waiting for our food. So I practiced drawing hands by looking at Teagan's for reference and then I drew more of Teagan! 💚
