In Picture - Wild Mushroom Soup Where? - Level 5 bistro, Erandawane I've had this fantastic soup @level5bistrobar which is hands down the best bistro in kothrud area. The wild mushroom soup was something different than the other mushroom soups I've tried till time. A thick, creamy textured soup given with crostini which had grated coconut and mushroom on top of it with cheese. The soup had little chunks of mushrooms as well as Thyme to give a flavor blast. Seafood is something you can eat for as long as you don't get full still you don't have to care about calories or something as it's super healthy. I just can't live without dish, I have this super close attachment to the misal which is something out of the world. I had this Tres leches cake which is based on three milk, where the first layer is of condensed milk then the dehydrated milk and the last one is of cream. Winter essential post - As we all know it's freaking cold outside, so as per me this is the best remedy to for the chilling weather and it makes your body warm. It's related to breakfast or you can have it anytime you want. I've had these sweet biscuit looking things @hyattregencypune at their Eat street brunch. I don't have sweet tooth so I didn't like it that much but it's a good dessert to have it. Crepe - A Crepe is a french thin pancake. Crepes are of two types, Sweet and savory in which I usually prefer Savoury one as I don't have sweet tooth. The menu which you'll find here is limited but whatever they're serving they are best in town. This one was on the sweeter side as it had loads of blueberry compote added to whipped cream and ricotta cheese. The crepes are soft crispy if you eat as soon as it comes out or it gets pretty soggy by the time. Do try it and let me know what you think. The cutlet is made up of beetroot, peas and cashew nuts and topped with Kasundi which were given with onion slices and tomato ketchup.
