hi guys i’m lowkey in a state of recovery rn, lifting heavy weights and staying around 130-135 lbs. don’t really wanna starve bc i need muscles so yeah. i finally feel like i enjoy my body. you guys should work out, being strong feels good mentally and physically

i binged back to 133 lbs today bye xd kms. it’s bc im away from school and started smoking weed again. mom also made like a shit ton of food and my weak fatass couldn’t resist. typical pig behavior i’m so disappointed in myself, hopefully school lets me starve more when i go back tomorrow. i love myself when i’m starving. i hate myself when i eat.

been eating close to nothing since last monday or tuesday. last time i checked i was back under 135. wanna get down to 120 rly bad

i don’t have a jump rope yet

i’m gonna pretend to have a jump rope and just jump on my yoga mat at home for 20 mins

i did it today alr and i couldn’t even get to full 20 mins TT i took like a few 10 second breaks and at 1:29 sec left the cramp in my stomach hurt too much to continue. going to do it everyday until i can for like 40 mins maybe even an hour

im also doing 5 min ab workout again

idk what to do about my diet. im not eating a lot but too much at the same time. today i’ve had bread and a protein shake. its 1:56 pm :I

i want my mom to buy more salad cuz i just need to eat as clean as i can. salad. tuna. protein shake. idk what else. fruits and veggies. limit any treats that aren’t low cal .

my friend also likes kpop and wanted me to practice a dance with her so i’m doing that. not gonna be skinny before school because i make shitty choices but maybe i’ll be back down to 130. im so fat. ihms.

i am 134.6 lbs i’m bloated and all fat. i hate myself so fucking much

ed is the worst when u also have a binge eating disorder. i starve myself and i’m so happy and now i gain weight and i’m extremely dysmorphic and i feel like a total whale when i’m considered the average weight for someone of my assigned gender at birth and height. i’ll be fat until my stomach is flat. i just want it to come faster. i’m taking finals today. i’m dressed in something that makes me totally uncomfortable. i cried so much this morning because i went to an appointment and had to tell my psych that my meds aren’t working- but that’s been the same since 2016. nothing works. nothing ever seems to work and i don’t know why. all that i can get out of pills are side effects, and i don’t know why. she keeps saying that i just need to wait and adjust to the pills but it never helps the way i need it. sometimes i feel i can mask my depression and anxiety better for a few weeks and then it comes back and then i have to switch pills and my psych tells me my mood swings are from switching pills. everything is worse too because i hate how much i weigh. i feel so disgustingly ugly. i always compare myself to the skinny people around me. then i fantasize about even being in relationships with these skinny people. then i go back to realizing they could never love a fat whale like me. i want to be numb. i feel so empty and i fill the emptiness up with tears. i wish i could be numb.

i’m so fat and bloated . i got sick and couldn’t go to the gym for a week. stopped doing any workouts and i had binged a lot. now i’m ugly and gross. i’m gonna go on high protein diet with not much else. just protein shakes p much. then i’ll workout and hopefully the bloat will go away
