This was my first time using this new 11″ stainless steel frying pan. It has Induction compatibility which is very amazing. I've never had any experince with induction cooking at all. But it is a wave of the future as this chef was telling me last night. I know many people in England have it. The only thing is that if you have an induciton stovetop you need induction compataible pans. Lucky for this one it is universal so you can use it on anything! I used it to heat up my honey and chili oil so it would be easy to mix together. I wish I had a dishwasher because it is dishwasher safe. It was super easy to wash though because I have to hand wash everything! My gunk I got on there slid right off with my sponge. I think I can actully keep this pan uber clean and looking spify. I am so happy with it if you can't already tell! The also amazing thig is that it is a non-stick when you add oil or butter to it. You don't have to worry about the chemicals that the other non-stick pans have, blah blah. I feel good when using this pan. I also like that it isn't too heavy. When I sautéed some veggies in there it was absolutely perfect!
If you are looking to buy a new pan then you should certainly put this in your list of possible to buy because I love it and now its my only pan that I use to cook with!

Made a spicy sweet potato snack. Check out my lil recipe below. 🍽 Ingredients: - @alexiafoods sweet potato fries 🍟 - Chili oil 🌶 - Honey 🍯 - Avocado 🥑 - Poached 🍳 Eggs 🤤💕✌️ Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400F 2. Mix Honey & Chili Oil. (I heated them up to make it easier) 3. Mix Honey & Chili Oil mixture with Sweet Potato Fries 4. Place in Oven for 20-25 mins then let cool. 5. Happy 4th!! 🎉🇺🇸🎇 Obsessed with making bite size vegan snacks for my friends and me to enjoy. Created this based upon a few recipes. If you care to give it a go below is how I did it. VEGAN BITES Ingredients: - @raoshomemade sauce (I used Eggplant) - 1 jalapeño - handful of cherry tomatoes - handful of dairy free cheese - dough (flour and water you can use your own recipe or buy some) - olive oil (for pan) OR non stick spray - red pepper flakes (as you like for taste) - add other toppings if you wish Steps: 1. Preheat oven to 375 2. Slice jalapeño and cherry tomatoes 3. Make (or open) dough 4. Use glass to make 6 (or however many you want) circles 5. add oil (or non stick spray) to pan 6. add round dough pieces to pan 7. spread sauce, and add toppings 8. place in oven for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown 9. Let cool for 5-10 mintutes 10. Move to serving plate, sprinkle red pepper flakes on top. 11. ENJOY! #raoshomemaderecipes #raoshomemadepartner (at Brooklyn, New York)
