i feel like concentrating on our eating behaviours/disorders isn't gonna help much. we probably should concentrate on the things we want from life, things that fulfill us instead. i'm not gonna be able to stop binging/purging like that, but i can try to give other things more room and the self destructive behaviours will fade away eventually? because i won't need them anymore? i think that's the way to go for me personally. god damn it, i don't wanna let my bulimia/anorexia take any more time from my life, what's it gonna lead to? nothing. so fuck it.
