“Maybe, but I can see her growing up to look just like you. Either way, she’s perfect.”

“Uhhh-- Well, my grandmother told me.”

“I am still not sure you’re ready for being a dad, Ethan. I don;t think you’re ready for a family. I want Thea to have a normal life—something I never got to have. And I want her to be safe from the hunting, the bad side of the supernatural, all of it.”

“I know, Tessa... I know it’s a big change, and I just found out about this so I’m not as ready as you. But I still want to help you and be there. We keep the bad side of the supernatural out of town. It won’t be an issue.”
