We've officially wrapped on Hurricane! Welcome to Hurricane. Brace yourself, this is one hell of a storm.

Hurricane is a new crime drama web series that follows Laura, a young and ambitious police officer, dedicated to the force. Her life changes when she is assigned to a brutal murder investigation, the first victim of the Hurricane Killer. As new evidence emerges it becomes clear, but only to Laura, that her girlfriend (Nat) is the prime suspect. She has to decide to either cover up the evidence and risk her career, or reveal the evidence to her colleagues and risk losing Nat.

Created by a team of young filmmakers, Hurricane is a project that means a lot to all of us. Following 2016, and more recent “political” events, it’s important now more than ever that the LGBTQ+ community have access to positive representation in the media.

If you’re a fan of angst, strong female characters and gripping dramas, then we believe that Hurricane is a series for you.

Inspirations for the project include: Lucifer, The Fall, Jessica Jones, Homeland, Lost Girl and Byzantium.
