his opinions on vigilantes sort of differ compared to normal heroes, often or not they were seen under the same light as villains, and nothing pissed off Dabi more. but when meeting this kid, Dabi sort of grew an exception. just as long as he stayed true to Dabiâs meaning of HERO.   â promising. I tend to not really care about the vigilantes, but Iâm INTERESTED in seeing how heroic this one can be. just as long as he doesnât disappoint me, I hate false heroes. âÂ
first impressions / accepting / @hxulcr
redrioted:
kirishima had to admit he was caught completely off guard when this stranger ended up zooming him away from the accident he ended up in the middle of just a few minutes ago. but because of his quirk, he hadnât been overly worried about what would happen to himself.Â
â oh! thanks, dude! for that and for gettinâ me outta there. â  he finally took a good look at the other, a ( slightly confused ) smile spreading on his face at the sight of his getup.  â but yeah donât worry! â  he gave a quick thumbs up.  â iâm all good! thanks again uhâŠ. sorry, who are you? â
âAnytime. Itâs a heroâs duty, yâknow? Iâm glad you got out of that without a scratch, is all.â
Itâs a heroâs duty, yâknow? Koichi always felt a little sense of pride swell up in chest whenever he got to say that. It felt a little bit like stealing at times, only because he wasnât a licensed hero, but oh well. Like he said in the past, heâll take what he can.
A smile grew on Koichiâs face, and so now his chest puffed up alongside that refreshing pride he felt earlier. ( How can a guy with THIS kind of cheesy hero get-up be so shamelessly proud? Who knew... )
âIâm The Crawler! Just your average local hero doing what he can to keep the neighborhood safe. Whatâs your name?â
plusocha:
This guyâs a bit of a worrywart, isnât he? It wouldnât hurt to fall from here, or at least it wouldnât be painful enough to warrant this much concern.
Ochakoâs hand clasped around Koichiâs, steadying herself in a crouch. â Iâll be fine! Okay, just⊠slowly start moving forward, â she instructed, one foot moving backwards after another. A glance over her shoulder showed an ice-free patch a little further back.
  â Just a bit further! â
A worry-wart he was indeed. At least this worry-wart vigilante didnât have to fret for too much longer, because soon enough, both of them were off the ice thanks to the girlâs instructions.
     âAh! Here we go!â
Koichi straightened himself out with a small laugh and sigh of relief. âSorry for making you go through all that trouble... but, I think I saw you drop this! Is it yours?â
lxrcener:
â Oh, I see. â Setsuno replied calmly, though he was slowly beginning to feel uneasy. The way he spoke sounded like he was a hero, yet he was also saying it wasnât an âofficialâ one.Â
Huh, did he not get into a hero school? The blonde was confused but tried not to dwell on the thought for too long.
Setsuno let it slid because, by the looks of it, it seemed the man didnât know who he was, and he was pretty sure that the authority and then some knew of the thief.
â Donât ya think hero costumes are weird? â He randomly blurted out, looking off to the side, â Some wanna be discrete about their appearance whilst others donât care. Itâs strange if ya ask me. â Naturally wide eyes glanced back at the wannabe, â Why are you discrete about it? Are ya scared of what society would think of you once the mask is off? Hmm? âÂ
The question doesnât exactly take Koichi by surprise, but even though he was kind of EXPECTING it, didnât make him any less uneasy to answer it. There was a moment of hesitation, before he reaches up to scratch at his cheek slightly with a gloved finger.
âHuh. Well... I guess hero costumes ARE pretty weird, in concept...â Hero work was heavily government-regulated --- and Koichi knew why. But it didnât make it any less frustrating, knowing that he couldnât get into that system legally.
âScared is one way to put it... see, I... got a life outside of this get-up, and considering the fact that I donât have a HERO LICENSE... I donât want society to know that the person behind this mask is doing something they consider âillegalâ, even though Iâm doing what I believe is right.â
Koichi chuckled nervously and shrugged. âSociety is weird. Rules are even weirder. But as long as Iâm careful enough, Iâm pretty alright with doing what I do, even if itâs illegal.â
He tilted his head to the side. That beak thing this guy was wearing... it almost looked like a costume? But he didnât know if this guy was a hero or not. Vigilante, maybe? Koichi wasnât so sure if he should ask.
" hey its BAWLER, how's the illegal hero working? didn't get arrested did ya? "
âI donât bawl. Dude, not cool.â Was anyone EVER going to get his name right??
âNope, havenât gotten caught just yet.â Koichi huffed and slipped his face-mask back on, but not before smiling a little behind that black fabric. âIâm too fast, so they canât catch me~â
ââŠI didnât JINX myself by saying that, did I? I hope not.â
đ
For every đ I receive, I will write one thought my Muse has had about yours.
@hxulcr
Heâs quite the oblivious one, ainât he? And the way he dresses is super weird with that whole All Might fanboy get up. Naive wannabe. Just how much of them are there?
on one hand, I should go to sleep on the other hand, I really wanna get through my drafts and asks ): choices, choices ))):
HI IâM STILL HERE SORRY I HAVENâT LOGGED IN SINCE FOREVER
Iâll get to my drafts and inbox soon, maybe after a nap so yeAAAH
@hxulcr && his Haul Legs. continuation of this.
âAllâs good. Me && Moyuru doing fine since the last time we saw you && Pop Pervert,â He snickered lewdly over that title for Pop Step over her status as scantily-clad vigilante girl, though seconds later his snickers left to finish that explanation given. âHad to leave with Moyuru to find wherever Souga went off to, like he did leave when you wanted to pick a chat with him when heâs not in a good mood lately.â
Sadly, with what life was twisting up to, nothing was going to be same with how fate intertwined them all into one unholy mess of seedy drugs && hostile bees.
âOh---donât call her that, especially if Popâs around. I donât think sheâd like that very much...â In speaking of Pop, she mustâve thought Koichi was ridiculous for talking to these guys. But pushing the past aside, Koichi thought Raputo and the others werenât so bad at all.
âGlad to hear you and Moyuru are doing well, though! But... huh...â The vigilante mused.
âIs Souga doing alright?? I know he wasnât as happy to see me the last few times we met... what do you think heâs doing?â
text-to-speak:
Now normally Emery wouldnât put up with things like this. He was a single father and waiting for this sorry looking guy to explain himself meant getting home later than he wouldâve liked. However, he looked nervous. Hell, he looked damn well terrified at that moment.
The hero clicked his tongues and shoved his hands in his pockets. He didnât really have any proof that the poor sap was involved with the guys heâd caught causing trouble, so he couldnât very well take him to the police like he had them. Sighing quietly, he shook his head and pushed his glasses up.
âLook, I ainât gonna take yâ in or anythinâ so stop the ramblinâ and stop lookinâ so damn scared. Lemme at least get you home so assholes like this donât bug yâ for the rest of the day, okay?â
   âO-oh...thank god.â
Koichi let out a deep sigh of relief. âSorry, thank you... I just donât wanna get in trouble by mistake...â
It was always a good thing when a hero he bumps into donât jump onto arresting him for misuse of quirks in a public space and all that jazz. Some regular policemen Koichi bumped into while he was in civilian clothes werenât usually nearly half as lenient.
âYou donât have to take me home! I, er, my home isnât too far from here, so you donât have to...â
â say, hero â- â looking down at the costumed male from his perch up on a tree, his quirk falls as he makes his presence known. â yaâ wouldnât happen to be in the business of savinâ poor little kitties from trees, wouldnât you ? â he wanted to have fun today.
    x. || @kesuire  Â
  âH-huh??â
The vigilante sputtered for a few moments, before realizing the voice that had been talking to him came from UP. Koichi lifted his head, eyes widening.
âKittens stuck in trees? Yeah, I can do that. U-um---where did you see them?â Heâs saved lots of animals in jeopardizing situations before, big or small. It wasnât something he wasnât used to already.
...why was this guy in a tree though? He wasnât stuck, was he?
    @chxrgebxltâ x. || liked for a starter
âContrary to unfortunately popular belief, my name isnât The Hauler even though I haul trash off the streets... being a hero can manifest itself in many ways, and I think community service can count as that.â
âIâm not saying that everyone should pick up trash, but helping people out can start in little ways.â
Reblog if youâre a roleplayer who suffers from anxiety
Sometimes, itâs not a lack of muse or short attention span or lack of time. Sometimes weâre too afraid to write out the reply we had in mind in fear itâs inadequate or written too fast. Then we send replies days, or even weeks, later that we had thought out in our mind since the beginning.Â
