Two paramedics entered the room then at Edwards command as they walked to Brooklyn. Jonah never let go of her hand as they started to talk to her. They talked her through the procedure before helping her stand to walk to the ambulance, grimacing at the blood.

Brooklyn watched as the paramedics came in, a whimper escaping her mouth. "Brooklyn?" one lady asked her, and she nodded, "Alright, so just going to confirm something... You're pregnant?" Brooklyn nodded again, another whimper coming out of her mouth, before murmuring, "It hurts..." The paramedic nodded, helping her stand up. "I know, sweetie, so we're going to get you to the hospital and get everything checked out, alright?" Brooklyn nodded again, gripping Jonah's hand tightly as she was led to the ambulance.

Jonah was shaking as more tears fell, trying to hold back a sob. “Brooklyn…” Was all he could whisper as a sound of sirens could be heard in the distance, making Edward go downstairs. “I-.. Do you want me to help you?”

Hearing her name, Brooklyn looked to Jonah, a son escaping. "I just... I don't know what I did wrong..." she let out brokenly. Blinking, she nodded her head, holding her arms out. "I don't... I can't get up," she murmured, knowing she wouldn't be able to walk without doubling over.

Then Torn From Life || Brooklyn&Jonah

Jonah looked across the room to his dad as he hung up the phone and gave a nod to Jonah. His world was spinning and as he looked back to Brooklyn, his lip quivered, tears falling. “Brooke… Shush… It’s fine. Everything is fine. We’re okay. You’re okay… Everything is fine..” He repeated it over and over as Edward walked closer. “Brooklyn calm down… Ambulance is on it’s way.”

Brooklyn shook her head, knowing it was a lie, tears falling steadily. Her eyes followed Edward as he stepped into the room, her breathing beginning to pick up as panic really set in. "My baby," she said, her arms wrapping around her stomach, "No... No no no..." Mary finally stepped in, feeling protective over her daughter, having been through a miscarriage before and knowing how horrible it felt. Walking to the bed, she gently combed her fingers through her daughter's hair, scared to do anything else. "Brooklyn, it will be fine," she assured in a calming tone, "It's all going to be fine."

Jonah was panicking. The look was evident in his eyes as he held her face tightly. “Shush. Stop.. No.. It’s fine. Could be normal for teen pregnancies. Everything fine.” He tried to push but he had seen it before. Not too long ago the pair had watched a film together while their parents were out, ‘What To Expect When You’re Expecting’. They only managed around 20 minutes before they got carried away but after they had both finished and were laying there, the dim noise of the TV in the background, Jonah heard the conversation of how the girl was bleeding and remembered catching glancing of the slow motion rush to the hospital and the announce of the miscarriage. The thing that scared him the most was that this looked exactly the same.

Tears brimmed in Brooklyn's eyes, shaking her head. "Spotting is normal," she let out, her voice breaking, "Not this... This is... Too much, Jonah. Too much blood..." Brooklyn's eyes moved behind Jonah to see her mother hovering, clearly not knowing what to do. "Mommy..." she let out, wanting her mother, knowing she had gone through this, "Mom, it hurts... Is Edward... Is an ambulance coming?"

He saw the blood and Jonah crumbled before screaming.”DAD! DAD FUCKING CALL AN AMBULANCE!” He pleaded. As soon as Edward entered the room, he looked to Brooklyn and with a nod from Mary, he quickly dialled 911. Tears were threatening to fall as Jonah saw her pain, holding her face in his hands. “Brooke… shush… It’s okay. You’ll be okay. We’ll all be okay”

Brooklyn carefully pushed the covers off her, showing the blood that stained her pants and bed. She whimpered at the sight, looking to Jonah terrified. "I... I'm not supposed to..." she let out, her voice pained, scared, shaking her head, "I'm not supposed to bleed..."

Jonah practically sprang awake at the shout. He got out the bed and pulled his pants on as he ran to her room, he met Edward and Mary in the hallway, confused and startled but Jonah ignoring them. As he ran into the room, he moved to the bed, eyes wide. “Shush..shh… Calm down. whats up?” He asked, trying to stay calm but finding it practically impossible from the face Brookly gave.

Brooklyn whimpered, reaching out for Jonah and gripping at his shoulders, squeezing. "It h-hurts..." she groaned out, an arm curling around her stomach, trying to bring her knees up to her chest, "It all... Jonah, it hurts..."

Brooklyn awoke to cramping. Not just light cramping, but curl up in a ball and sleep cramps, which she really was not used to. They hurt, badly, enough to have woken her up from finally being able to sleep through the night, now that Jonah was in the house. Sitting up, she blinked into the darkness, cringing and letting out a whimper at the pains. Shifting slightly, she froze, feeling her underwear damp, as well as the crotch area of her pants and underneath her. Reaching under the blanket, she touched her pajama pants, feeling warm dampness, and growing confused. Pulling her hand back out, she looked at her finger and saw the faint red stain that was now on her fingers, causing her face to fall, panic setting in. "J-Jonah," she let out, barely above a whisper, before yelling, in almost a wail, "Jonah!"
