Based on a conversation I had with some friends the other day, I went and made a Mario OC Meet Princess Morana, a cold and disciplined ruler who takes her role seriously. Basically the only sane person in a world of crazies, unable to comprehend how the Mushroom Kingdom (and others) functions under their iconic lunacy. Shout outs to @cocomocomochi and @dojaymi for helping me refine her design

So @dojaymi, who's been a lot more involved in developing Morana than I expected lol, gave me an interesting idea for her: Morana is the daughter of the Ice Land king from Super Mario Bros. 3 I did redesign him to better fit being Morana's father, and I'm honestly pleased with the end result.

I've been working on this scene for a moment now, here's the first Kamek scene from the Super Mario Bros. Replay collab !

I've always wanted to do one of those collab thing, so here it is ! It was harder than I thought to truly go back on my animation roots, i had to relearn one thing or two (And the final product is slightly slower because of the lip synch)

BUT I'm glad of the final render here !

Kamek truly was fun to animate (And the Koopas were a real pain to animate together BUT they look nice !)

Anyway, here it is, and it was fun to work on ^^ !

Now that I finally relearn the animation, MAYBE you'll see more of this kind of stuff later on ? Probably as Gif or storyboard but... you know, this is a BIG maybe ?

Finished up my next Sonic related commission for Salve, who wanted my help designing their Sonic-sona. They wanted a Werehog-esque bird, and I did my best to deliver.

I really love classics like Aladdin, Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and the Great Mouse Detective. And I have a soft spot for films like Princess and the Frog and the Zootopia duology
