It’s no encounter from the first jungle book, but it is still very much worth talking about! A wonderful scene highlighting the power Kaa can have on a fresh an unsuspecting mind as well as showing utter magnetic pull of euphoria his powers have on his victims. I love how Shanti’s face slowly melts from fear to pleasure to wonder and then happiness and how her head movements aren’t her own but are merely a byproduct of Kaa moving his head around. Overall a wonderful scene that I would have loved to see them capitalize more on!
