Mood has been bad lately. I become easily dysregulated, and when I'm not dysregulated I feel mainly just bored and like I wanna lay down.
I think I'm just coming around the bend re:mood. My thoughts are fine, no behaviors, and I'm not relapsing or anything, but I'm in a major funk and nothing is really shaking it.
I think it might just be lagging on the transition into summer. Also I was sick all last week + had finals so my routine got thrown off. If it's something environmental, it's probably that.
It's weird having a disconnect not only between mind and body but mind and emotions as well. I know nothing is wrong-- in fact things are quite good! But it doesn't make me feel better, and all the mindfulness, journaling, exercise, gratitude etc etc etc.... Well, it's not useless, but there's definite lag. I do feel like things are better than they were over the weekend, already, but at the same time, I wonder how long I'll be dealing with this when, I cannot stress enough, nothing is wrong!
I think a lot of this is just the reality of having a mood disorder :x
