Visual Studio missing Web Deployment Package

Today I got an issue web deployment package context menu was missing.

I found it's because of Microsoft Web Deploy was installed on machine.

Solution is here

if you have installed MS Deploy 3.0, you wont find "Build Deployment Package" it. You would have to click on "Publish" and Create a profile for your project, select "Web Deploy Package" on publish method under "Connection" tab. specify Package location and click on Publish button.

And here is some tips to deploy on server without MVC installed
