Someone eating a bat in Wuhan some 4 months ago was probably the most influential person of the past century.

kind of sucks that when men become fathers, they get to have “dad bod” but when women become mothers, they need to get “mommy makeovers”

Does time ⏰ heal psychological wounds?
The brutal truth is, time doesn’t heal wounds. It’s what you do with that time. Time without work will bury even further your wounds into your unconscious mind. Time will give the illusion you’ve moved on, but in the presence of a trigger your wounds will resurface. Ask yourself, “Am I putting in the necessary work to heal from my past?” The biggest mistake you can make. Is to distract yourself from your anguish, instead of confronting it.
