Trying something new. 28" Engraved plexiglass painting. It's a bit confusing trying to describe the process, but here goes nothing... I engraved a drawing that was flipped into the backside of .375" plexiglass with a CNC router. I then painted the line work teal and the background dark blue on the side that was engraved, so when you view it through the front side, the surface is flat and the drawing is the correct orientation. The colors blended a bit in some areas but oh well. Maybe I'll turn it into a coffee table or something.
