desdemona taylor sylvester was born on may 27th, 199X. she was an only child in a deeply religious family. her upbringing came with ups and downs, with her parents being strict. she'd been grounded before, nothing too drastic, until she got into her first relationship as a teen. there was this girl, peyton. they started as best friends, but eventually realized they both wanted more. they were inseparable. desdemona wasn't one to hide anything from her parents, aside for the occasional cigarette or joint. sometimes booze. sometimes tattoos. (LOL) so she decided to come out to her parents - to introduce them to the love of her life. it all went downhill from there, ending with her parents forcing the two girls to break up. from then on, she struggled to meet them in the middle, and their relationship strained. more hiding, less honesty, more dependence on alcohol. as soon as she turned eighteen, she moved out, and that was when her journey to become a tattoo artist began. unlike other things in her life, she put a lot of effort into her art, so when she handed in a portfolio to a small tattoo shop in her hometown, she was taken on as an apprentice immediately. desdemona can be found at a bar or at the tattoo shop she works at, and she's no longer an apprentice but rather a full-fledged tattoo artist with her own work and designs.

Hey guys, I know I've been MIA lately but I'm here because we desperately need help to save one of our families kitties. Our seven year old cat, bandit, broke her leg today so badly that it needs to be amputated. We're pretty sure she got caught in a trap outside. Sadly, my parents need $4000 CAD to get her leg amputated. The only other option we have is to euthanize her, which is incredibly heartbreaking and unfair. She's only seven years old, she is full of life and love, she's healthy. She does not deserve to die because of this.

My parents are both currently out of work due to their respective employers closing/pulling out of the country. That leaves them unable to afford the surgery right now.
