And theĀ Lord,Ā HeĀ isĀ the One who goes before you.Ā He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.ā Deuteronomy 31: 8
the ability to say "i dont have a tiktok" in social situations makes me feel so powerful. like the general reaction is "shock, confusion, then this weird 'thats probably a good thing' response" its so fun
Same
a study in morgana watching arthur;
itās the way annabeth never even suspected percy to deceive her with the sword and pull a trick to save her because sheās been fighting mostly alone at camp since she was seven and has never had such a fiercely loyal friend who would have her back instead of expecting her to be the strong problem-solver ready to take all the blows no matter what. like forget that percy put her safety over his own, but doing so while poisoned and tired and on a super important quest?? thatās blasphemy to annabeth and yet percy did just that. iām not surprised annabeth hugs him in the preview because this seals their bond forever. both were ready to sacrifice themselves for the other (and grover, never forget grover) and that fundamentally changes dynamics.
I'm still alive
And I'm always thinking about them.
This time, I'm thinking about that ending...The quartet...Wasn't really a quartet- but that aside. They still wanted to be together AFTER their memories were back. That means, it didn't matter about Ar, or Be, or TTA- They wanted to see where the two of them would go. That my fellow Jeronica supporters...Is Endgame.
I've been dead for months, basically since the finale but Jeronica lives rent free in my head. Just...life gets in the way and I can't really do much with the plot bunnies that say "Hey, write this" or "Hey, there's this video edit that would work great for them" or "How about we manip this." So, they sit in a corner and multiply until eventually one of them wins.
Much needed Rewrite
"Veronica, do you still want to keep going?" Jughead's voice called her back to the present, her mind still flipping through the scenes on what she now had the knowledge was an old television set complete with rabbit ears and grainy color picture. It was the audio that kept replaying in her head though. "'Roni?" "Don't..." She struggled with how to word it, the memories she'd seen- and the betrayal she hadn't even realized...She felt sick. She took a breath. "...Call me that." She finished as she looked at her current boyfriend. In his eyes, she could see what she had only wondered about before, that guile that she didn't understand looking back at her, she now did. She reached out to him, wanting to let him know that it wasn't him, it was... She closed her eyes and shook her head.
"No, no, you can call me whatever you want, Jughead. I'm just a little frazzled right now." She told him. Yes, that was it. It wasn't even a life she had remembered until now but still...Of all the people she had punched...She felt she'd given Archie a pass for far too long. Inwardly, she stifled the growing anger at the ginger, her first love- the one that she until just after this season of "Riverdale" would have happily called her best guy friend.
Not anymore. She felt the bile in her mouth remembering only 2 weeks ago she was happy to have kissed him. Now she found herself in desperate need of a mouth cleansing.
Again, her attention returned to her boyfriend...Yeah...Jughead was her boyfriend...Really? She blinked and he looked back at her uncertainly. "Did you want to continue or?..." He paused, probably uncomfortable at her silence. He had her sitting in an arm chair, while he leaned up against it while they sat in his town car. Tabitha had excused herself and Veronica now understood why.
"Doesn't bother you?" She asked the dark-haired man before her. A man, in mind but a teenager in body. He sat down on the arm of her chair, "My memories?" She nodded, he chuckled, "Which part should I start with?" He asked her. She gave him a look. "I know." He said and she knew he knew. He sighed. "Yeah, at first I was a little angry," she raised her eyebrow at him. "Okay, a lot angry...and hurt and..." He shook his head. "Confused." She thought that had to do with Tabitha.
Another memory, "Some universes you and Archie are Endgame and others you're not." Veronica looked up at Jughead, remembering how careful and guarded, almost guilty Tabitha seemed as she said that...But she had been too stupidly blinded by her undying obsession with Archie. "Yeah, me too." She answered. Her and Reggie, that was who she thought Tabitha was hinting at, but now? She wasn't so sure. And it's out. Finally There's my random prose.

Jeronica Thoughts 7x20
Watched 08.25.23
Ā Alright, itās been fun. Everyone has watched this already. 7 years of knowing something more, all down to this last episodeā¦TLDR?
Jeronica Thoughts 7x19 08.24.23 Alright, 2 weeks late AND itās supposed to be the last episode that aired yesterday but here we are with the second to last episode watch through. TLDR? This is me and V, that's all you need to know.
I'm sorry I didn't watch that episode when I should have. This episode up until the end, reminded me of the person whose memorial I was at at the time. I will at least take that with me. As for work? I guess that was a blessing in disguise because if I saw this at that time...I might have been worse off...
By faith Noah, being warned by God concerning events as yet unseen, in reverent fear constructed an ark for the saving of his household. By this he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that comes by faith.
(Hebrews 11:7, ESV)
I don't know why I'm doing this, but I wanted to let everyone know that I am still alive. I haven't seen the episode for Riverdale yet because of a familial reason and then work has been quite busy. I will watch it most likely with the last episode this Wednesday lol... I'm sorry to anyone who was waiting for a review. I hope it was a great episode and I will still review it even if everyone has already seen it. Thanks again.
Something I kept coming back to before deciding to be a non-chaotic person in my post for memory returned Riverdale:
Iād really like V and Jug to talk about what happened in their present time. I would have loved to hear V tell him: āA little part of me always thought weā¦ā (mirroring what A* told Betty) and honestly Jug and her confessing they just want to be happy.
Because I think it would release how they both have always felt: alone.
This series had these two sacrificing for the greater good all the time- and they never got back to a place of normalcy where they could both acknowledge it.
as i edit these future jeronica videos, i realize all i want is for Jeronica to be grounded in the narrative? I mean, the whole season is pretty removed from the narrative of the show, so jeronica also just feels like hanging in the air somehow? endgame or not, I just want the show to acknowledge out loud that this is what they could have been all along? that every step of the way, if things were different, they could have fallen for each other? that there are countless versions of them dancing the same old B*rchie/V*rchie/B*ghead dance, but there are versions when the cycle could be broken where Jughead and Veronica could be happy together instead of miserable as the second choices? am i just rambling? anybody else feels this way?
I just want this relationship to MEAN something in the big narrative.
and my first ever short goes to Jeronica. this is just playing around with loops, really, but enjoy! #fanvidfeed #riverdale #vughead
I just wanted to edit some loops for soo long, also it was a given that my first youtube short is jeronica, because what else? also, it's all canon content wth?
"We make a good team, Nick."
"Yes, we do, Nora."
Is it true that Jughead says that he doesn't know if him and V are an item? This really makes no sense after what happened. I don't understand the writers š¢
It's Cheryl interrogating him, so he's probably being cagey about it, but I think it's more about the traditional dating practices of the era and how Jughead is clueless about them but also they have no parents, they both live alone and spend the night together, so they are breaking a lot of social norms already with their relationship and probably haven't had that conversation yet about how serious they are. Also Jughead hasn't "pinned" her, so I think he's just being nudged in that direction. I mean it could fall apart too, with the writers you never know, and without context of the whole scene it's hard to interpret. But my guess is that Jughead is still figuring out how relationships work and they are probably building up a little bit of drama for Tabitha's return. It might be cute if Veronica actually gives him a pin instead, for his hat.
