In my lore, even before officially becoming a couple, Kenny, knowing that Celeste loved space and spent time admiring the night sky with a small telescope from her bedroom balcony, took her to a more secluded spot in town, a little mountain area with minimal light pollution, where the sky could be seen more clearly.
Many times, since they were young, Ken didn’t fully understand everything Cel explained to him about the universe, but he loved seeing her so passionate, talking about what she loves and doing what she dreamed of. Even as adults, considering that his wife fully pursued that branch of science, he still doesn’t grasp a few things, though he does understand most now, and he makes the effort anyway.
Since then, that spot became their special place. Since they were kids, they never lost the habit of going there at sunset from time to time, spending time as a couple, sharing a peaceful and loving moment together. 🩵
It’s worth mentioning that, on the rare occasions they have a discussion, Kenny often takes her there so she can clear her head, they can talk, and make up by doing what they love most.
Kenny is also very affectionate and clingy with her, so any activity is enjoyable for him as long as she’s by his side. Even if it’s not something he’s particularly into, he just wants to see her happy, and that makes him happy too. 🧡✨
