Step 1:- Oil Cleansing
The first step for the Korean Skincare Routine is Oil Cleansing. All you need are a clean wash Cloth or Cotton and a couple of natural oils.
Though any natural oil can be used but most common
oils used for oil Cleansing are castor oil and Olive Oil. Castor oil helps to pull out the impurities from
skin. Castor Oil should never be used undiluted, you must add some other Like Olive
Oil and blend in the following Ratio as per your Skin Type:-
For Oily Skin: Ratio of Castor Oil or Hazelnut Oil and Olive or other oil should be 1:2.Combination Skin: Ratio of Castor Oil or Hazelnut Oil and Olive or other oil should be 1:3.For Dry Skin: A small amount of Castor Oil should we added to Nourishing oils like Olive Oil and Other.
Step 2:- Water or Foam Cleansing
The next step in the Korean Skincare routine is the water/foam cleansing. This cleansing will remove excess oil from the skin. Start from the t-zone area and way out to the dryer parts. Massage the skin gently in circular motions, as you cleanse. Now Rinse with warm water.
Step 3:- Exfoliator
Exfoliation is the act of removing dead skin from the surface of the skin. It is a very Important Step in Korean Skincare Routine for summer. It can be done in either of these two ways:
Physically
scrubbing away the dead skin with some grain based Scrubs, Brushes and some
with some Clean Cloth. You can
also use chemical Products that dissolve dead skin cells.
Step 4:- Toner
Toner removes all the stuff left behind on your skin
after washing, such as dead skin cells, or the residue left from above cleansing
and exfoliate Step. By wiping away these impurities, you can prevent acne and
future breakouts.
Wet a cotton pad with your toner, there are many toners available in the market. Then swipe your entire face and neck. Use a toner after washing your face and before applying moisturizer.

The essence is crucial for Korean Skin care Routine. Korean women would never forget to apply essence, whether it is morning or night. After cleaning and toning of your skin, apply essence. You can apply the product evenly all over your face and neck by using your hand (or a cotton pad).
Generally, the essence is a little bit creamier than toner. It contains higher levels of active ingredients and it penetrates deeper in the skin. It hydrates the skin after cleansing and toning.
