Im a room full of people. Or on a busy street with cars passing by. I look up and I see you across the way. We do a double take. We smirk in surprise. My body feels flushed. My heart is racing. We find each other. All we can do is smile, laugh,& be silent for a second because its been so long. Then we speak as if 10 plus years hasn't passed by, as if we were 18 again, yet we are not. We are 33. We are wiser, matured, self aware, emotionally developed. We are who we should have been back then.
