During Wilson and House's roadtrip House ends up needing emergency care and they end up at the Pittsbourgh emergency center. House insists he doesn't need help but is forced into Santos care. Because he's house he doesn't stay put and instead ends up going around the ER solving cases because that's what he does. But they end up talking about bikes. Dana and House bonds. Wilson and Mel have a conversation. House clocks both Robby and Santos mental health and makes quips. Wilson is unsatisfied. Whittaker tries to defend himself but is immediatly duo'd upon by House and Santos. House says Mohan is like Cameron. Mckay is trying to avoid the situation but then finds House in her patients room.
