Well, I’ve been productive this morning… had a bit of a lie-in (also woke before my alarm so you know I was well rested!! 🙌)

Off to the gym for a casual 835 calories obliterated. Which also makes 7 gym sessions in 7 days! 💪🏼

And another PB… I managed to cycle 10km in 17:59, so I beat the target I set myself to do it in under 18:00!! 😁

Not too I sweat through another T-Shirt, showered, dressed into my uniform and I’m continuing to sweat through another 😅

And then over to the mess for a wholesome meal. PUT IT IN ME!! 😂

Been having way more bad days than good lately and I really really feel like I might need to go to the hospital but I can’t stand the idea of getting admitted but I really need my meds adjusted and I’m borderline on the “dark thoughts” constantly lately and I can’t see my doctor until the 26th and idk what I’m gonna do
