just some misc stuff to include in your script
★ when you go somewhere (beach, park, museum, ...) it's never overcrowded or loud - and special places you go to alone/with friends/your partner are always empty
★ animals like you and trust you
★ social media has no short form content & no ads
★ video games have no micro transactions & DLCs are fairly priced
★ household chores are 2x times faster, are actually fun, and dust/mold doesn't exist
★ insects don't enter houses
★ it always snows on Christmas
★ you never lose anything + your glasses (if you wear glasses) never break
★ generative ai doesn't exist
★ valuable items (family heirlooms, old photographs, old books, etc) never break/are eternally preserved

Last night i entered the hypnagogic state (finally)
first long(?) post, kinda nervy
ok so boom i saw this post and i looked at it and immediately was like “this is the answer” and ive been meaning to up my quality of life and enlighten my spirit + more with meditation so i decided to try it. the night i wanted to i got sucked into my phone because i was talking to a new group of shifters !
So last night i didnt want to be a slave to my phone so i reread the post and put my phone down and usually i read a post and go “wait i need to refresh my memory on xyz” and then go on a huge rabbit hole about shifting as if im a baby shifter. but this time i didnt.
usually when im trying to get in a comfortable position its laying down on my back however this makes me fall asleep and think about other things so i stacked my 2 pillows therefore i was inbetween sitting and laying down and almost immediately i felt a difference in my confidence and just something that tells me that “yes. this is the way to reach your goal.” and i started to come up with a mantra so that i could reach a calm space:
“I am calm
i am peace
i am release
i am water
i am meditation”
and i kind of felt my body going to sleep like i was still repeating the mantra and stuff but i didnt feel my mind slipping into sleep but i was still at a void state like place then i felt my hand jolt and i woke up and i started seeing a scene of a dream forming and i started following the hypnopompic images and creating the scene in my head and i remember thinking “wow this is almost better than weed! imagine these two combined” and then a surfer dudes “woooahhhhh” 😭 and then i fell asleep shortly after that
but like ive been becoming frustrated with the dact that i cant do sats / oobe / hypnagogic techniques when all i had to do was calm tf down

I'm typing this literal moments after. so, I went to bed after feeling a wave of doubt— whatever, it happens. I changed my mindset and affirmations: ""I'm a master shifter. Reality WILL bend at my will to reflect that. Reality is constantly shifting so that I get what I want. Grab the bull by it's fucking horns and make shifting your bitch. Don't work for it, it works for YOU. You were a master shifter the moment you decided you were one. REMEMBER THAT, and act like it. EMBODY it.""
that's literally what I wrote down maybe two hours before. I read it, and just affirmed it. I didn't do anything drastically different from before, but there was a point where I was going to lightly police myself with what to do, but i said 'no, let go'. i felt good after saying this. I had a bit of struggle sleeping— i was just laying in bed and allowed my mind to wander. I thought of my cr, my dr, lightly dreamed— nothing fucking special and that's what's throwing me. I did NOTHING special, but it WORKED.
at one point, my body got kinda loosey-goosey. it's like my limbs get a little like jelly, which can make it hard to sleep sometimes because it can have a hurty, tingly sensation. that sensation was there, but it was minimal. I tossed and turned but eventually got comfortable and it either went away, or I ignored it.
My mind was in darkness— that same darkness you feel when dreaming. like you're asleep, but just conscious enough. then, I felt my body shift. it was like I was laying down atop waves, my body moving with the ocean, and then I began to float. atp, I knew I'd already fucking done it. I have never in my 5 years of knowing about shifting ever felt what i felt just then. I didn't panic or freak out, but I was like "oh uhhh where do I go" LOL.
I opened my eyes, and everything was dark and grainy. I was in my cr childhood home. it makes sense now that I'm thinking about it, because I'm sleeping on that exact same bed to this day. (twinsize bed 4 life). everything was how it was, except my brother and sister weren't asleep on a bed with a frame, but rather just on a mattress on the floor. I immediately was like "groundgroUNDGROUND" but I found that I couldn't shift my surroundings to that of my dr, so I just pulled back, and woke up here.
guys, please please fucking believe in yourself. stop working so had for this shit and MAKE IT YOUR BITCH 😭😭😭😭😭
*edit to add: I'd been seeing 111 so fucking much before this morning. 111 means to trust your intuition. 111 means to trust yourself. that's what I did. you've seen it three times now. you know what you gotta do.

i don’t know if you’re already said this but do you use a method to shift or you just go with intention?
hihihihihi i’m good HOW ARE YOU ??? okay wait yes i’ve answered this before but it’s probably buried somewhere in the unorganized mess that is my ask hashtag. i’m a very much find what works for you and do what you want. like truly. tada. that’s the method. because prior to actually shifting i tried EVERY method in the book. like i was committed. i was dedicated. i was doing the most. trust me. and in my head it was like i had to do every single step right or else ???? OH the day is ruined. pack it up. try again tomorrow. and that mindset just made everything stressful and so far off from relaxed. so i stopped doing that. because that clearly wasn’t working. now i just go with the flow of what i feel like doing in the moment. whether that be visualizing for a bit or affirming. then i do so. like if i want to just lay there and exist i do that too. sometimes i genuinely just decide i wanna shift and just wake up there. like it’s something i’ve learned to do because i actually trust my ability to do it. and that’s the biggest shift. pun intended. because it’s literally just your awareness. wherever you move it to be it will be. so i shift with zero rules involved and even less pressure on myself. sometimes i have unsuccessful attempts and just go on about my business. like there is no room to stress becuase i wont even second guess my ability. AND that comes from building trust with myself with every attempt !!!! but that’s it. love u !!!!
Before I went to sleep last night I read a post about how counting numbers as a method is probably the easiest thing to get into the void/ your dr because right when you lose track of what number your on and you’re aware you’re getting confused THATS the best moment to shift. You’re right on that edge of being awake but already on the verge of falling asleep and your brain isn’t resisting.
I tried this last night and tell me why I had the most vivid lucid dream and I think for a moment I actually shifted because everything was literally in HD and I could control what I was doing. But I was wayyyy too tired last night to actually follow through with the shift so I just went to sleep.
Pls try it because it’s the most low effort but high reward method you could do (in my humble opinion)

shifting method for lazy and loud minds.
this method is very simple. it's for people who don't feel like organizing a whole method or putting in a lot of effort(because you don't need to), and people who have very messy brains that are always thinking and never shut up. it's all about affirming and optionally visualizing. step 1 : get comfy. lay down, go to bed, do it awake, eyes opened, idc. whatever position works best for you. step 2 : start affirming. "holy shit i'm in my DR!! this is crazy i actually shifted, oh my goody goodness this is for real!!!" exactly like that, i'm not kidding literally just go crazy with it. step 3 : Now as your affirm, start to throw in what is currently happening in your DR, you can visualise as well, but you don't have to! if your shifting to an mha DR for example "holy moly i'm recieving my first tailored hero suit!!! holy moly i'm getting ready for training!! blah blah whatever you want" and now just do that till you shift or whatever, you can also do this for reaching the void state or any other state you want if you so please! this method helps me a lot as someone who has a LOT of thoughts, my own thoughts overlap sometimes and doubts, getting sidetracked, etc can be a big problem for me. this method helps a lot, if you're thoughts are loud, you just have to be louder, yknow. so yeah. have fun shifting!
