Also, into the shade of Emily VanCamp's J. Mendel but she/the person who picked this out could have accessorized better (re: color) and changed up that 'do (re: you're not 40, gurl).

I feel like erryone was pretty boring (I expected more from you, Angela Chase) ...except for Mindy! 

Love the color, love the neckline, love the gold belt. Even love that she's posing in front of a car. She gets my best dressed vote. I'm sure she's honored.

And Tina Fey definitely gets most improved.

So much better than her normal black bores. 

Really, all the female funny ladiez turned it out. Amy Poehler definitely showed GOB what he was missing. (Aaaand was robbed yet again for the best female comedy person or whatever the hell the award is called.)
