23.12.20 / i got animal crossing themed thumb grips for my switch and oh my, they look so cute!!! i feel like as children, girls in particular, we are pushed to “grow up” and “be mature” (whatever that means). but as an adult, i’ve come to realize the opposite. not everything has to be so serious all the time. in fact life is better savored with a bit of childlike wonder every now and then. anyway, i hope your wednesday is going well so far. stay warm ♡

I can’t believe december is coming to an end. Surprisingly it was a really calm month for me and helped me calm down after a rollercoaster of a semester. Also, merry Christmas everyone!!

journal series: I can’t tell you how grateful I am that this quarter is over! this was by far the busiest and most stressful quarter at uni I’ve ever experienced so I’m happy to say that after all the work, I’m finally back to doing what I love- making art, relaxing, journaling, and just taking time to take care of myself.

I’ve been making so much art lately and I really just feel so happy to be in a position where I have the time to be creative; here’s a little piece I made for my journal!
