Glancing at Dash, Nat also blushed a little when his sister offered to leave so they could be alone and it was then that Nat started to understand what Dash meant when he said she was a handful. Letting out a chuckle, she shook her head and rested her hand on Dashâs arm. âItâs okay. Kiyah, could you please call me Nat?â She tried asking with a smile. Jordyn glanced at her sister before looking back at Nat and her brother with her arm resting on the back of the couch. âI wanna know that too. How did you two meet?â Letting out a small chuckle, she looked at the girls. âItâs actually an interesting story. I was in the bar one night and I was upset and angry and humiliated so I was drinking. A lot. I got very, very drunk and I could have ended up who knows where but Dash brought me back and took care of me. Even made me breakfast in the morning.â She smiled but looked confused as Jordyn gasped loudly. âOhh! That was you? Well, itâs nice to finally put a name to the drunken spewing.âÂ
Kiyah let out a dramatic sigh and tossed her head back. âI suppose I can.â Looking back up at her brother and his girlfriend, she raised an eyebrow and let out a snort of laughter. âThat was you?!â She jumped up. âDash made me leave because I was just feeding into the drunken jibberish coming from your mouth. But oh my god, we could have had so much fun that night. Here, let me break out the tequila and-â Dash narrowed his eyes at his sister. âThere will be no tequila tonight. You two-â He pointed between the two of them. âAre going to your room.â Kiyah let out another laugh. âWhat, so we can make no noise and pretend we donât exist?â She shook her head. âNot gonna happen, bub. Iâm quite comfortable right here. Besides. My bed is currently occupied-â Dash glared. âIf you brought another homeless man home, I swear to god...â Kiyah rolled her eyes. âNah. I just have about a months worth of dirty laundry that needs to be done.â Dash threw his hands up and sighed. âWe have a washer and dryer! Why is there that much laundry?!â She looked at Jordyn and shrugged. âIâm leaving it there till you do it, because I know eventually youâll get sick of it and will.â
