Tip #2: How To Reset
There was a strategy that someone mentioned to me a while back when I was in an incubator program and that’s ‘pomodore.” Not sure how you spell it, but you can check it up on wikipedia.
Essentially, you work for x amount of time, take break, work again, repeat.
The reasoning is that the brain can only stay focus for a certain duration before you side track or lose focus. And by taking those breaks, you become more focus which is key to getting the prioritize tasks done.
