Synopsis: In the realm of cards, sovereignty of four kingdoms ruled supreme amongst all others. The leader responsible for each kingdom’s glory was a queen who had earned her position and power by defeating the previous oppressive leaders through their own means. The power of the cards in their suits were no longer under the king, but for the queen instead. Therefore, the loyalty of the ace of each suit was now solely to the queens.
While there was balance and peace between the four kingdoms initially, as of recently, the balance was subsiding and war was on the rise. Differences lead to discrimination, and resulted in fighting. The queens were furious and were ready to separate the heads of their foes from their body. However, amidst their fury, the hidden legend became a reality. You, the Joker had entered their universe. With your untainted innocence and potential to be whatever they would want you to be, you undoubtedly became the prey of four predators. Unfortunately, they were predator queens who were going to stop at nothing till one had come to mark you as hers — permanently.
KIM JISOO - QUEEN OF CLUBS
Possessive, easily prone to jealousy
There was only one of you, and there will ever be only one of you. For that reason, your value was extremely high. If you were to carry the mark of the clubs, you would belong to Jisoo. Rather than treating you as the person you were, she looked after you as if you were her most prized possession. As a result, she tended to be ruthless and merciless in the littest matters that involved you. If someone interacted with you, or tried to divert your attention away from her, she would have them beheaded. If her servants did not dress you, or do something for you exactly the way she had told them to do, then death would be the softest punishment they would receive if Jisoo felt merciful.
Due to her possessive nature, Jisoo would restrict your freedom to the point where she may not even allow you to be by yourself. The jealousy thriving from her insecurities and distrustful nature would cause her to always mark you. Whether that’s through painful cuts, or bruises carved on you from forced pleasure, depended on her mood. In the end, she is one of the dangerous ones you would always need to be cautious around.
KIM JENNIE - QUEEN OF SPADES
Manipulative, slightly sadistic
Spades were powerful, and spades were cunning. Those who had ever seen Kim Jennie, knew of her coldness and apathetic nature. Jennie turned a blind eye to any needs of others that she could not benefit from, and only tended to focus on herself. By carrying the mark of the spades, and becoming Jennie’s joker, you would be vulnerable to being manipulated by her if you did not do as she said.
As her Joker, and being under her rule, Jennie would want your utter loyalty, and entire existence dedicated to her. This meant that you should never question her demands, and prioritize fulfilling her needs and wants over your own. Each time you would ever disobey her, or did something she disapproved of, she would make you feel guilty about it. She would twist yours words, and manipulate you into agreeing with her perspective.
Jennie was cunning because of her wits and power. She could easily influence others to behave in the way she would want them to. Due to her expertise manipulating skills, it was easy for her to control you. However, in times, when her control would break and you acted out, she would never hesitate to punish you harshly in order to remind you of your place.
Just like Jisoo, Jennie was one of the dangerous ones to look out for if you were defiant against her orders.
PARK CHAEYOUNG - QUEEN OF HEARTS
Rose was lovely, and you were her lovely love. As the Queen of Hearts, it was in her nature to be someone who felt emotions deeper than others. Her passion was strong, too strong. For that reason, the love she felt for you had inevitably turned into obsession. You were a piece of art with endless potential; you could be anything that Rose wanted you to be. You were the perfect lover, a goddess in Rose’s eyes. She loved you so much that she would do anything for you.
Her unrealistic ideas of your perfection that did not exist, and potential of what you could be for her, rather than who you were presently, made her obsession suffocating for you. It only worsened over time when she became clingy.
Her excessive clinginess made her wish your attention was always on her, and solely on her. She liked to keep you to herself, and expresses her love for you through physical affection.
Rose’s obsessive love for you, and her intense, emotional, and passionate personality was a double-edge sword. While these traits in her personality made her want to do anything to keep you happy, or make you perfect the way she thought you should be, it also ignited passionate anger and hunger for other’s blood in her. In other words, if anyone ever tried to taint your innocence which she worked hard to reserve, or tried to steal you away from her, she would become ruthless and end them in the cruelest way. After all, she did not defeat the primitive oppressors to become a queen by being nice to them.
Overall, Rose is a dangerous yandere who would hurt others, but it would take a LOT for her to hurt you.
LALISA MANOBAN - QUEEN OF DIAMONDS
Protective, with hints of stalkerish and delusional traits
If you were to carry the mark of the diamond, you would not meet the queen until ages after. As a valuable joker, you would be put in a huge prison room with furniture and interior design that was royally aesthetic. You would have lavish dresses to wear and cutlery to eat with, but would never be allowed to see or speak to anyone. You thought you were punished by being isolated since you were completely different from the folks of this realm. However, unbeknownst to you, you were always being watched by queen herself.
Lisa watched you intently through the cameras in your room until she learnt everything she could have while watching you. Not to mention, her need to finally meet you physically so she could touch you, see and hear you in person, and claim you as hers was beginning to overwhelm her too much.
You were utterly surprised when after weeks of isolation, you finally got to meet someone, and that someone was queen Lisa.
Lisa’s lips stretched into a wide smile when she noticed the blush that coated your cheeks due to how awestrucking beautiful she was. She felt incredibly delighted that you found her attractive the way she thought you were beautiful too. It was certainly a clear sign that your feelings for each other were mutual.
She cupped your cheek lovingly, as you voiced out your question that had been bothering you since the commencement for your isolation.
“My queen, it is a pleasure to finally meet you. But, why now? Why not sooner? Why was I left alone for such a long time?” You asked, as Lisa gazed into your eyes with an intenseness you could not decipher, but it terrified you. Your eyes widened when Lisa ran her finger thumb across your bottom lip,before she answered you.
“I had to know everything about my darling before I introduced myself. Everything, your likes, your preferences, and the things that you enjoy,” She began in a sensual whisper, and the red on your cheeks spread further across your face in embarrassment once you realized what she was implying.
Fear and disgust etched itself in you.
“You’re a joker, an entertainer, and the most valuable person, of course I was watching you. I had to because someone could hurt you at any moment. But they won’t, not under my watch. Under my mark and rule, I will always protect you from everything.”
