I bought puppy pads and cleaned everything so I can tape them down and use them for the next several days. Bc f this noise. I did tell them I’m done dog sitting for them after this.

I’m never dog sitting for this family again.

They didn’t tell me the injured dog went even more downhill than a few weeks ago. Now he can’t even stand without help.

Last time I watched him he could get himself outside and such just needed help going up and down steps.

Now I’m stuck here til Friday when the next dog sitter comes to relieve me.

Since he can’t stand by himself he howls at all hours of the night to help him stand and switch dog beds. If it’s insane I’ll take pto the second half of the week but if it’s manageable I’ll work from home here. Initially it was thought it would be no big deal but that was before I realized he was worse off than previously. They don’t have puppy pads so he pees on their small rugs and I have to wash them

The 2nd and 3rd interviews are gonna be about 2 hours each and in person downtown. She said she’d try to schedule them for the same day.

I survived and did great through both interviews.

Just waiting to find out if I have an offer or not. Was initially told before Christmas but now if an offer is made it’ll be after Christmas.

Okay so I found out that I’m still the only one to make through all the way and then they held off on interviews til after the holidays and JUST started them back up this week.

Hopefully I’ll get an offer in February??

I’m excited for this interview tho and being able to show everything I’ve learned and that I’m a great candidate for it.

A new role 2 pay grades up just opened and another department is trying to poach me for it and omg it feels so good to be seen!!

Update: it’s a SENIOR role and 5 pay grades above mine and now 2 of the existing seniors reached out saying I should apply and to let them know once I do so they can let their hiring director know.

I made it through the recruiter call and have a one on one interview scheduled this week. If I do well then I’ll have to be interviewed by a full panel.
