I know it's hard sometimes when we hit a plateau and we just don't seem to be loosing any weight.
Here's a few tips to make you look thinner
Fake tan - " If you can't tan it tone it" It makes you look 5 pounds lighter and it gives you a healthy glow at the same time.
Get your nails done - Longer nails will elongate your hands and make them look slimmer. You don't need to spend that much either, you can get press on's or even grow them out. Nobody likes chubby stubby fingers.
Contour - give yourself cheekbones, collar bones, abbs, whatever. Never underestimate the power of a good contour.
Long hair - Let your hair down, covering the sides of your face a bit. It does wonders to hide chubby cheeks, and gives you more of an oval face. Plus long hair is hella pretty.
Wear black and dark colours - This is a given but it really does work. Plus you'll look edgy af and who doesn't like that.
High waisted jeans - don't like your tummy? Just cover it up. This goes for all types of pants and skirts. It makes you look longer and thinner.
Push up bras - Some people don't like bigger boobs, but if you want your waist to look tiny in comparison, this is the way to go.
Tie your t-shirts in a knot at the front - this will help sinch in your waist and it will also make your outfit look way more stylish and put together.
Heels and tall shoes - I can't walk in heels to save my life but boy do they make your body look banging. Even if they just have a bit of a platform, it will make your legs appear longer.
Choose your sleeves wisely - My arms are my biggest problem area, and the shirt and sleeves I choose make a huge difference to my appearance. I tend to go for 3/4 length to just long enough so it covers the widest part of my arms.
Posture - when you're hunched over all the time it can make you look wider and heavier than you actually are. Whereas a good posture will make you look slimmer, more attractive and confident.
Learn how to pose - This is pretty simmilar to the last one but think of all the times someone has taken a photo of you and you looked horrible. Take the time to research the best ways to pose in photos. Learn your body and what works for you.
This isn't to substitute diet and exercise but all together this can make a hell of a difference.
