How do you deal with jealousy?

Personally, I realize that Allah SWT gives and takes with his infinite wisdom and He has no need for anything in this world. That being said we are all human so go easy on yourself. 

I try to make a short dua asking Allah (swt) to preserve and increase that person’s blessings and to do the same for me.
