Being an empath is really, fucking hard at the best of times... but, for the past year or so, it's just been beyond overwhelming. A devastating global pandemic. Political unrest and societal upheaval. Death, destruction, crisis, and chaos on a massive scale. The ugliness of humanity on full, uninhibited, unabashed display. I have been a complete and utter WRECK through it all.
