Actually ADORE how 90% of the shenanigans in Lazy in Space is bc no one is talking to each other ever.

Cas basically implies Bee is immortal but is more Shook she didn't take her money when buying peach bread. Wesley hung out with a fish for a day and didn't realize it was a date. Bee canonically filled the ocean with old tech no one understands and everyone just chides her about littering. Puppycat told a fairy tale once and Bee never asks follow up questions. Cardamon's mom is in a coma for like a year but its ambivalent if anyone besides Bee and Puppycat even know and people just hand him rent anyway. Crispin broke up with Bee and she was like "hey wanna see something cool" and flashed her robo-boobs and he never brought it up again. Bee becomes a surrogate big sister/irresponsible mom figure for Cardamon in Violet's abscene and no one else seems aware of it. A giant cat creature with rotating gears in his ears shows up and everyone is just like "oh bee you have weird friends 🙄"
