Opening Contract - eBook
Below is the Gumroad link to the Opening Contract eBook under a pay what you want pricing model.
This is a collection of the columns (well, most of them) at The Weekly Crisis.
I roped in Christopher Kosek to slap an excellent cover on the front to make everything look presentable.
In addition to that, I also got in touch with a number of the creators whose work was covered by the column and asked them a set of questions or their thoughts on the opening panels, and the work itself.
I was gracious enough to receive contributions from Kieron Gillen, Goran Parlov, Ales Kot, Kurtis Wiebe, Riley Rossmo, Matt Kindt, Dave Gibbons, and others.
One of my personal favourites is Professor Charles Hatfield’s essay on Kirby’s New Gods #1.
