Has anyone else had issues with their mail out badge being lost or stolen and being refused replacement or refund? They send the tracking number after the delivery has already been made so that you have zero chance of knowing when it’s been delivered and then just trust whatever delivery service to not leave it in a totally random spot. They are not taking accountability for this and they have not fixed the tracking number issue, so just like the first dashcon people are being scammed out of their money… I don’t know what I expected 🙄
