If it wasn’t obvious I love Carras so I had to make an edit of him. It’s crazy to think I am literally the first person in existence to make a fancam of an Inami character (that I’m aware of). I love him so much he is my actual husband :#)

This is my first edit ever and I think it turned out pretty good all things considered!! I had to manually cut out the Sacred Armadillo and the jaguar in MediBang so that was fun 😵‍💫 I will definitely be making more of these in the future though because I had a ton of fun with it!

Yesterday was my birthday so I drew a little self indulgent nonsense, duh!! Unfortunately no one got my the Carras I asked for 😞 but I had fun regardless :) I love love love him so bad 🫶🫶

In the first episode Shimiwe’s face pain is the exact same shape and placement as Carras’, and then the next episode is when Shimiwe foresees a disaster and starts training to be a shaman with Carras. Just thought that was a pretty neat bit of foreshadowing or maybe just a coincidence :)

Just a little doodle I did while it poured snow for the first time this year! :) Sometimes I like to imagine how Carras would react to stuff from my life and where I live; like he lives in the Amazon so he has no idea what snow even is!! The consensus is that he kinda hates it lol, it means wearing more clothes which he also hates. He much prefers staying inside to cuddle and watch the snow fall :,)

Some more sketches I did a couple months ago that I forgot to post 😭😭 Caminal had a hard time adjusting to social life once Carras brought her back to the tribe. He doesn’t really mind though, he enjoys the lack of predictability in their relationship, it’s refreshing to him as someone who’s expected to know nearly everything :,) GODDDD UGHHH I LOVE HIM SO BAD 💔💔

I haven’t posted in a little while 😪 IM SORRY school has kept me so busy and I’m working on my Halloween costume on overtime because I procrastinated 😭 here’s a little Carras practice doodle I did to test out some alcohol markers I borrowed :,) since this is my first time with the medium I think it turned out pretty well!

Smoke and Herbs

I'm back with a little digital piece that took me absolutely forever to finish lol :') school has been so rough lately, assignment after assignment and it doesn't help that I'm so scatterbrained in the first place :"))) Anyway, I like that Carras uses a lot of smoke to help find answers to ailments and such so I ended up just drawing him smoking :P I struggled with the smoke but once I got the hang of it it was so fun to draw lmao

A couple doodles from the first few weeks back to school :,) my courses have been keeping me pretty busy but I’ll always have time for my husband 🫶🫶

(I’m also very slowly working through the English dub of Inami so I’ll surely have some more material to work with since I actually understand what’s being said 😭 I will say that the English dub is…certainly different. Don’t get me wrong I am incredibly grateful to have it, but it can be pretty wonky at times lol. I think it adds to the charm a little though, I mean it is a kid’s cartoon after all so…)

POV: you’re Shimiwe and you’re asking your parents if you can go to Inami’s house for the third time this week

I was just thinking about Carras and Caminal being old and Shimiwe and thought of this. I like to imagine this is maybe a sorta modern day AU where Carras and Caminal are an older hippy couple who adopted Shimiwe. After his wife died Pintos took up drinking and neglected Shimiwe so they took him in. I dunno lol I kinda wanted to just draw them being old and married reading and sewing on the couch sigh…I’m not sure what possessed me to draw Carras in glasses because his whole thing is having very good eyesight, I got carried away, maybe he wears them for fun 🤷

In between the first couple days of the fall semester and tinkering with the downloading/uploading of the English Inami dub I’ve been doing some doodling!! I have literally had “Ain’t Nobody Else Like You” by Cass Elliot stuck in my head ALL WEEK and you know it makes me think of Carras and Caminal. This is their song!! Anyways, I’ve come to the conclusion that I don’t have enough time to digitize and color most, if any, of my drawings so I’m just gonna upload the sketches for now :P thats the only way I’ll remember to post anyways lol

Edit: OH MY GOD I FORGOT TO DRAW HIS OTHER HAND IN THE FIRST ONE I WAS SO FOCUSED ON THE OTHER ONE LOL IGNORE THAT!!

Episode 1 Is Up!!

I've got the first episode up to watch on Youtube, and it seems like it's good to go in terms of copyright, quality, and general troubleshooting. I'll link it below for anyone interested who just so happens to stumble upon this post now or later!!

INCREDIBLE NEWS ALERT ALERT!!! ENGLISH DUB OF INAMI LOCATED AT LAST

oKAY SO,, I was once again scouring the internet for more Inami content that I could find and decided to look to TikTok because everyone and their mother has a TikTok nowadays. I find this video of the Portuguese intro with a few comments. I go searching in the comments and find a comment from this delightful person with a link saying that some of the English episodes were included in the link. Following the link a random stranger on the internet led me to this Russian site called OK(???) that's like YouTube mixed with a bunch of other social media apps. I see that the videos are all the Portuguese titles of the episodes and hold my breath until... THEY WERE ALL IN ENGLISH!!!!!!

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING IN EVERY CORNER OF THE INTERNET I COULD REACH, FLIPPING OVER ROCKS, DUSTING OFF YEARS-OLD THREADS ON REDDITS AND BLOG POSTS AND I HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT. I was positively over the moon I swear I could have ripped my house up from its foundation and eaten it whole.

So!! The only issue is that episode 14, An armadillo of Every Color, seems to be absent. I have made an account and bookmarked all the episodes on my profile, and I will link that below. I'm also gonna include the channel from the original uploader as well in case that doesn't work. I do plan on spreading the word everywhere I can, and I am working hard on trying to download and upload the episodes on YouTube but it will take absolutely FOREVER. In the meantime, enjoy the episodes from the link :')
