Thanks for the help. I'm transgender myself and I watch anything and everything involving it even if its sad.

Not a problem at all - I'm sorry I couldn't find but the one and that there are so far only four that we know of! I'm somewhat shocked (but mostly not since sadly, like I said, SVU isn't very diverse in their exploration of social and cultural issues) there aren't more that we can all think of off the tops of our heads.

Hopefully they'll get better about it with the upcoming seasons and the fresh starts and all.

Maybe writing to the producers could start a movement to make more episodes involving transgender individuals. Let's face it, the world is much more colorful than SVU depicts most of the time!

Okay, Anon, the verdict is pretty sad, BUT I could be missing some, because I didn't know any off the top of my head and had to rely on good ol' Google and IMDb. The only one I found that specifically mentioned 'trans-gender' is this one:

Season 10, Episode 14: "Transitions"

Now, surely in its thirteen seasons SVU has had more than that one, so I'll continue looking around for you. Then again, for all its awesomeness, SVU is not particularly known for its dealing with social issues, etc., but Criminal Intent is pretty good for that, so you might check there?

I am truly sad that there hasn't been any new Inappropriate Stablers in a MONTH :(

We're sorry! One of the mods (the one who's not me) just moved to South Korea for her new teaching job, and the other mod (me) is working a lot so isn't watching as much SVU reruns as we were a few months ago in college with lots of free time!

Hopefully I'll make some over the next few days, and remember, submissions are always open!
