This is my Obey Me MC, Falke! I finally finished something with them after 1000 years of procrastinating They got the wings in some accidental shenanigans, and they're still learning to use them. Lucifer would be a great tutor if they got along a bit better... They're still human, but they don't always understand that humans can't do a lot of things demons can.

hiii! if anyone is intrigued, i'm proud to (fr this time) post a small project I've been working on for a while. I've cooked up a little story for my Obey Me Oni!AU. It takes place in a fantasy version of pre-modern Japan, although I have worked hard to do as much research as I could. You can read the first chapter: "Pact-Making Peaches" over on my AO3 [here]. Below is just the premise, but I hope it sounds like fun! A huge thank you to all the beloveds (@incendas & @fullofbees) who helped me brainstorm and beta read for this project. The remote region of Getsurō is plagued by restless spirits and famine. At the center of the turmoil is Beelzebub—a voracious demon who has claimed the mountain shrine, demanding tribute of crops and livestock. For years, it was possible to keep the demon at bay. Now, the stores have run thin, and he threatens to devour humans instead.

Desperate, the townsfolk summon you, "Yu"—a novice witch—to banish him for good. Like many others who came before, she is not expected to return...
