Lets normalise male incontinence

Can happen to anyone, any age. It's not just an old person problem. Lots of fit active men in their 40s and 50s have to live with it, and there needs to be more support, understanding and facilities in public spaces.

Went to the garden centre wearing the incontrol daytime.Its a fair bit thicker than im used to so i was quite paranoid to start with.But actually i might have found a better product ...

My morning so far..woke up,get out of super soggy night time betterdry,into a tena ultima and off to work.. by the time the jobs done i'm half way to needing a change..by the time i get home i will have to..

First time using incontrol in public (only used them at night)..I was out for about 5.5 hours,that would normally be 2 changes,this looked hardly used when i got home..,but..my gosh dont they swell up...🙃🙃
