Okay, so I’m totally new to diapers outside of a strictly kink-sexual context. I wore nothing but a diaper and tee shirt as soon as I got back from work last night—to my wife’s subtly amused confusion—and stayed like that till bedtime. No toilet, no pants.

Instead of one last bathroom break before bed, I changed directly into a new diaper. I have never done this before! This morning, I cleaned up but needed to work out before showering. As my body temperature rose, the smell of residual baby powder permeated the room—a humiliating reminder of what I do behind the scenes of professionalism, fitness, and the facade of normalcy. 😅🫢
