Not happened for a while, possibly as I have embraced thicker nappies for overnight generally, but woke up in a puddle this morning. Wet sheet and mattress protector, plus wet boxers. Once a bedwetter......

Great profile I am incontinent too how you doing where are you from I’m Uk
Hi. Thanks for your message. Im based in Yorkshire mate.
Don't be afraid of a little peekage!
Now we finally have some warmth its good to take off a few layers, feel the sun on our pasty British skin and finally put the vests to the back of the wardrobe. However that can bring a whole new set of challenges, lighter weight clothes are less concealing, do really want to tuck in your t-shirt, lighter colours can show up little leaks more. Do you stick to plastic back nappies or switch to cloth? So this year I am going to try and worry less and enjoy the warm weather more. Switched to Tena Proskin and if someone sees my nappy peeking out my shorts, so what. Real friends won't care and anyone else..... what's it matter.
So whether you are wearing for need, fun or a bit of both, don't worry too much about what everyone else thinks and enjoy the warm weather.
Enjoying a few days in the beautiful English countryside. Dealing with incontinence means a few adjustments and a bit extra planning but is not a barrier. More facilities in public toilets would be great but so long as carry changes and disposal bags it isn't a huge issue. Went with pull-ups, less secure but also less swamp-ass when gaining altitude putting in the miles.
Feel discreet and confident.
I tend to try as use quieter tracks and trails so if necessary can do an outdoor change! As always, Oddballs make a great, fun, secure cover.
Spring feels like it has arrived (there will be snow next week no doubt) but slowly moving into cloth back nappies for the day time. I prefer the plastic back in terms of leaks and smell but not the sweating!
A good supportive pair of undies over the top definitely helps IMO.
Thank you to everyone who got me to 1000 likes!
Currently camping for a few days. Incontinence should not be a barrier to enjoying our amazing countryside. Needs a bit more planning, remembering to bring enough changes, checking if there are there suitable facilities if on a campsite etc; and tent changes can be tricky, but its worth the effort!
Another sunny start in Yorkshire. In my overnight nappy as still plenty of capacity. Megamax have a huge capacity but are definitely not discreet enough for day wear in my opinion. But a 6am commute, no problem 👍🏻
When you think you are tucked in discreetly......🤣
You know it's time to change when you have to add more tape!
More time outside yesterday in the spring sunshine (between the showers) Was a bit bulky at one point so needed a quick outdoor change. Nowhere secluded so was a fast high risk one. Luckily no one stumbled on this nappy dad!
Also a rare sighting....in boxers! 🤣
Out again today. Think spring is in retreat as cold out. As always needed a change as seem to be a human fountain at the moment and don't want wet pants or trackies.
Started in Tena pull-up, changed into Tena Maxi, cloth back this time. Plastic are brilliant but only really get one shot with the tapes. As always finding a quiet spot is probably the biggest challenge. Feeling fancy in my Boss briefs too.
Out on the trusty steed again today, aka, the bike 🤣 Started off in a pull-up but as always the coffee meant soon time for a change. Tena Maxi Active Fit. Always tricky in a field as no backstop but it held up well. 40 miles in some gale force winds.
As an aside, a nappy makes this a lot more comfortable 🤣🤣🤣
If I may ask what age did you have to wear diapers for incontinence
Hi. From my mid 20s on and off. Getting worse as I get older. Was just night time but now struggle in the day too.
Like many men dealing with incontinence, changing when out is always a challenge. Even if can find toilets with a cubicle so few have a bin. This made me very happy at our local cinema. Well done Arc Cimemas 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Although Im a big fan of always using the toilet when you can, even when wearing a nappy, the cinema may be my one exception, so I don't have to miss any action. Thumbs up to Tena Maxi. Didn't have to miss a minute 👍🏻
For me cords are some of the best trousers you can wear over a nappy or pull-up. I tend to stick to straight fit as even though I like slim fit they hug your arse more and nappy a little more obvious. Just heading out and I feel confident no one would guess im an inco dad in a Tena Maxi.
Definitely cooler out this morning. Was unusually dry overnight so safe to keep my Tena Ultima on to cycle to work, minus the plastic pants! A bit more obvious than the pull-up yesterday but RonHills are snug. Still discreet though and no one would guess 👍🏻
