CM Leuven project completed
CM LEUVEN PROJECT COMPLETED
After a complete renovation of the building, the administrative services of CM Leuven moved into their new offices early this year.
The result is a completely new environment where transparency and communication were the starting point. The semi-open character of the new office concept meets these expectations, but provides simultaneous still enough privacy for the employees. The "breaking open" of the middle zones also provides sufficient incident daylight. The use of interchangeable furnishing modules offers a certain degree of flexibility which allows the workspace to evolve with the organization.
Simultaneously to the refurbishment of the building all the roofs and exterior joinery were renewed. Furthermore, all techniques including HVAC, lighting, electricity, data, fire and access control have been renewed.

PROJECT CM LEUVEN VOLTOOID
Na een volledige renovatie van het gebouw zijn de administratieve diensten van CM Leuven begin van dit jaar in hun nieuwe kantoren ingetrokken.
Het resultaat is een volledig nieuwe werkomgeving waarbij transparantie en communicatie het uitgangspunt vormden. Het halfopen karakter van het nieuwe inrichtingsconcept beantwoordt in deze aan de gestelde verwachtingen maar biedt gelijktijdig toch voldoende privacy voor de medewerkers. Het “openbreken” van de middenzones zorgt tevens voor voldoende binnenvallend daglicht. Door toepassing van onderling uitwisselbare inrichtingsmodules ontstaat een zekere flexibiliteit wat toelaat de werkruimte mee te laten evolueren met de organisatie.
Gelijktijdig aan de herinrichting van het gebouw werden alle daken en buitenschrijnwerk vernieuwd. Tevens werden alle technieken waaronder HVAC, verlichting, elektriciteit, data, brand- en toegangscontrole vernieuwd.
