Does it bother anyone else that the fate of everything was handed over to Crowley, who was probably at least suffering from depression and substance abuse (without miracle sobering) after years of feeling abandoned by the being he loved? And Aziraphale didn’t really discuss much, just deferred to Crowley’s decision?

I still think the whole gambling / Crowley in the alley fun could not be there.

Mrs Sandwich’s open hostility towards Aziraphale. Damn, woman. You tell him.

Crowley has no miracles? Or does he? How does the Bentley go into space? How do they get to the bookshop at the end?

Crowley spent all those years taking care of their home while Aziraphale was away.

Sad Crowley is heartbreaking.

It’s a shame Muriel’s character wasn’t developed more.

Aziraphale’s Hell costume is terrible. And not in the good way.

Femme Eric is hot.

The dinner scene was terribly interrupted by the gangster folk that were unimportant to the story. Such a shame.

Singing “Burn” from Hamilton when the scene with Michael at the eternal flame thing makes that scene more interesting.

So, there are two humans similar in features to Aziraphale & Crowley. Do they retain anything? Is it them? Ugh, does that make everything they went through pointless?

Why didn’t they just write themselves together, on Earth, in the blank books?

The Luci / God scene was annoying.

No heaven or hell in the new universe- does that mean nothingness after death? Constant reincarnation?

A thought on Season 3.

Crowley had an almost perfect ending. He always wanted free will. He was always in love with Aziraphale. He wanted to be free from Heaven & Hell. He loved the stars.

He was able to have everything he ever wanted, albeit in a shorter timespan.

If we believe Anthony and Asa to be Them, which…. well…

Why all the weirdness with the gambling and the Bentley? That time could have been better used.

Jesus is so baby. I adore him.

The plot… Um… choppy and rushed. Development is lacking.

My head cannon is that Crowley is God. I stand by that. The God+Satan at the bookshop was odd.

I want to read the original script. Ya know, when it was supposed to be 6 episodes.

The bar scene at the end was sorta cute. Adam & Jesus drinking together. Le sigh.

Human Aziraphale & Crowley were cute. Made me sad, but they were married and at the South Downs cottage.

I need to rewatch.

It's Monday! Chapter Thirty-One of "Where The Nightingales Should Be" is officially here!!!

CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE: SON OF MAN

SUMMARY:

"A clock struck somewhere in the distance, ringing out into the night, frightening the fireflies away from the grove of trees at the end of the meadow. Yeshua flinched when a cold hand laid itself on his shoulder. “It’s time,” Metatron said, with a gleam in his eye, and he handed Yeshua the Book. Although he tried to resist, he found himself opening it up anyway. As he did, something shifted within him. The power that he’d been trying so hard to keep at bay all this time overcame him completely, and the Earth opened up before him, leaving a gaping chasm between him and the group that would unfortunately be the first to go. The first to be Judged. The people who’d been kind to him. The people who had tried to help. He watched as Anathema threw herself in front of the kids, pushing everyone back from the edge. She looked frightened. Yeshua didn’t blame her. He closed his eyes and chose to trust that everything would work out in the end. The End began."

Crowley and Aziraphale return to Earth at the eleventh hour. As the world breaks apart and the Judgement begins, Yeshua finds himself at a crossroads between a fated path and a chosen one.

Second to last chapter (not counting the epilogue)!! Let's do this thing!!!
