All of James’ relationships ended because of Sirius. James always spent too much time with him, always took his side over his partner’s, always got more emotionally fulfilled by him. He loved his partners, of course, but they were always second to Sirius. And when they finally had enough and gave him the ultimatum, well the fact that they thought they had a chance against Sirius meant they never really knew him at all.

James seeing Sirius dancing with someone else in a club and having a complete mental breakdown about it is heaven to me. Extra points if he immediately cuts in and drags Sirius out of there with some thinly veiled protective justification.

When Sirius develops Hanahaki, James practically burns down the castle trying to figure out who he is in love with so he can save his favourite person. Completely oblivious to the fact that the only person Sirius Black has ever loved is him.

Love it sooo much! We need more details about how jp literally goes through every person in Hogwarts, even Slytherins. Those two idiots.

James tried to stay mad at Sirius after the prank,he knew he should be mad, and should want to stay away from him.

But he just couldn't, the moment he saw Sirius's teary eyes when he came back he just couldn't not comfort him.

Comfort him.

Even though he was the reason for all of this mess,it scared him sometimes,how much he could overlook anything bad Sirius does.

His biggest worry that night was that Sirius would get expelled if anything happened to snape.
