INTJ here and my ESTP shared an observation with me the other day that when I’m making small talk, I ask lots of questions but don’t usually pause long enough for people to answer and this explains so much about why I’m scaring off all the xSxx types 🤯

Are any other INTJ’s doing this and assuming people will jump in if they want to participate in the conversation or

INTJ: Okay so these are my problems and the roots, this is what I think but this what I feel and these are the whys, these are the solutions to those problems and these would be the likely outcomes and complications of those respective solutions and -

INTJ: Like, this stuff is so obvious when you take a minute to break it all down. Honestly I don’t know why people don’t like therapy. This has been great. Thank you!

NT’s during quarantine:

ENTP: Was already avoiding problems. Isolation has forced daily confrontation and they would rather die than continue in quarantine for one more day. First at the bar when they reopen, first in family to catch the ‘rona.

INTP: Has overthought all of the conspiracy theories around whether Corona is real, if masks are really needed, government control, etc etc. Doesn’t know if they believe the virus is real, but didn’t have to change life much because they didn’t leave house often anyway.

ENTJ: Decided to take on a new hobby. Researched for one month, then began buying and putting together everything they would need for their new (woodworking/pottery/metal casting/etc) hobby. Have already accomplished more than the rest of us.

INTJ: In March: Wow, what a great time to try new hobbies. Gardening! Remodeling! Painting! Woodworking! Interior design! By June: throwing out dead plants, avoiding that one room because it has no carpet (or any other flooring) now, throwing out dried up paint brushes, tripping over woodworking tools in the bathroom, curtain rods on the floor with curtains attached
