The hardest part about running Feywild campaign is how elusive any information about the inner workings of the Feywild itself is. I can find most species and monsters about creatures originating from the Feywild, but nothing on hierarchies, time, travel, or weather. Luckily, I finally found a source that compiles major figures and hierarchies! BagelsCampaigns.wikidot

This source looks like it covers aspects of what the Feywild would look like to a native, which is, from my experience, the hardest part about researching for a Feywild campaign.

I do want to have a sources masterlist soon for anyone also experiencing this, it will be linked in my pinned post once I get it started and I’ll make some sort of note for when it’s updated

As for other aspects that I’ve come up with on my own, I’m steadily making a document on Elipsus for all to read and maybe get some inspiration from.

pov: the dnd cosmology I made

Hey there and welcome to my dnd blog! This blog was created to talk about dnd and share updates and moments from my first dnd campaign. That first campaign crashed and burned! [eventual post explaining why will be linked here]

Since then I’ve run some one-shots and recently started researching how to actually run a campaign, even though I am still learning as a first time DM, I have spent years researching and developing my style of storytelling and worldbuilding so I’m hoping that that aspect can act as a short term buffer while I am growing as a DM. On top of this I am lucky to be hosting a game for players that also happen to be my closest friends! (two of which have also experienced being DMs) I’ve also been experimenting on the collaborative storytelling aspect of dnd, which I will make more posts detailing this process soon.
