My old laptop runs sims 4 slow as shit (it’s like a year younger than the sims 4 itself lmao) but I was able to check my main save I haven’t touched since January and it looks like all my sim’s photos are fine ㅠㅠ

I haven’t updated my game or touched that save on months bc the January patch basically messed up and would delete all the texture data for the photos in the game if visited another household or saved and loaded it back up. I had tons of photos in my sim’s home so it was depressing seeing a bunch of black rectangles everywhere knowing that they were pictures of my sim’s kids and stuff.

I’m super glad because I’ve been holding off on aging my sim’s toddlers for so long because I wanted to do it before the end off the sim year (it was a few days before winter in-game) and have my sim complete the cooking aspiration so their food will never spoil (had to keep leaving plates of food out for toddlers to grab so my sim wouldn’t have to put them in the high chair).

Next up was having my sim get pregnant again bc I have these two sims I made in CAS last year that I wanted to use. Right after they had boy/girl twins, it’s going to be two boys. My sim actually got pregnant on accident when I was playing late last year. I think it was supposed to be a boy. Idk if I want to do the random boy and then do my planned kids…

I don’t like the MC’s shitty husband (both poor and married as teens, he took out a large loan under her name and they’ve been struggling to pay it off for a decade - and he’s cheating on her with a new worker at his office) or the other guy trying to get her to leave her marriage and fall for him (honestly i don’t like the manipulation, even if he means well, and I don’t like his vibes).

I just want the other guy to get her out and pay off her debt. Surely there’s going to be a chapter going into why he’s so into her. But other than that, i literally do not care for him.

I’m a dumbass and I got into this farming game app (micro transactions in western games are fucking nuts btw and i played a ton of japanese gachas and those weren’t that bad in comparison)

Anyway, I stopped playing like a few weeks ago when I went to visit my cousin to help with her dog and and baby since it broke my routine, and I get back to it and a ton of people joined the team (basically like a “guild” so you can get help from other players) and it’s actually a bit more active

The primary people beforehand was myself, and the creator of the guild, Helen. A girl joined at some point trying to make friends and tried asking me questions since I was an active member (I helped her with some resources a few times), but I missed the messages and she ended up leaving to find another team.

Like, that’s a ton of names jfc christ what happened? I’ve playing this game since December and only like 5 people joined the team up until like mid march, and in those 3 weeks about 30 people suddenly join?

I started reading Liar Game after binge reading Tomadachi Game last year, but ended up dropping it bc of the long ass explanation for the game round (ch 30) and the tiny font being a pain to read on my phone.

Forced myself to read some chapters on my flaught back home after visiting my cousin to help out since she’s very pregnant with twins (she currently has a 2 year old, a half blind 20 year old dog, and they live in a 3 floor townhouse so all of that is annoying to deal with). I’m back in the zone; and I hope I can binge the rest of it and finish it by like Friday. I have like 160 chapters left, but chapters are like 20 pgs long so it isn’t too bad

I found a site where I can read Gannibal (manga about an officer, and his family, who is relocated to a remote village where they offer human (child) sacrifices each year, and he wants to reveal the perpetrators and save the kidnapped children).

So, like, I like mystery series like this (remote location, closed off community following “tradition”, usage of Japanese mythology (not actual mythology as far as I can tell, but under the guise of making offerings to god). Like, setting wise, it’s like Raging Loop or like Higurashi.

The thing is, idk if I should be expecting “4D chess” plot twists or plans, or just “a guy” doing things. Obviously, I can’t trust anyone. But like, not knowing how the MC will get himself through incidents does have me worrying lol

This is the official English translation, so it’s only about halfway done. I wish there was a digital versiom, bc it’s easier for someone to reupload, but even if I wanted to buy it myself to read it, the only option is physical and I don’t really want this series on my shelves

Like the art isn’t bad, but I rather not have a bloody old ghoul of a man (who the kidnapped babies are being sacrificed to) with all my other series. I also don’t know if I’ll like the entire story enough to justify it being on my shelf

Anyway, said characters are Kitty Ko from Sidekick, Kitty from Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race, and Kitty from To All the Boys I Loved Before

I want to try making a Notion template for myself and god damn does the whole thing look complicated.

I want to make something for myself when I play the sims. Like I want a calendar displaying “journal” entires - basically a visual way to see what days I’ve played with just notes of what I did plus a photo gallery of my screenshots with tags for what save I was in, relevant sims, the household I was playing and lot types or world I was in. This way I can find stuff from my screenshots folder and I can probably post to Reddit again lmao

I also want a section where I can store all my makeover progress for premade sims, plus their profile information and backstories. I guess the profile aspect should come first, and the makeover part after, but I want a tracker for that.

Oh and like sim pairings too. I have a bunch of pairings done for premade sims, and I want to have an image gallery of that too.

Apparently this fucking series (bad) is FINALLY reaching its end.

I dropped it after realizing practically every female character basically is used to simp over the MC or end up being SA’d (not by the MC, but by the various people he’s getting revenge on for horrendous bullying and involvement in the deaths of his family members), and a time skip where I think the MC loses his memories before getting back on the revenge train. I think the antagonist has something to do with a cult after the time skip, and apparently (as I checked the last chapter uploaded) resulted in the deaths of nearly 50 people and injuries of hundreds more.

Anyway. I dropped this horse shit at Ch 100 and the series ends at like 230. I hate this series but I’m willing to be a masochist and binge read the rest out of curiosity

Ok the YouTube rewind thing feels so odd because I know for a fact I had Changmina’s NG and B-list on loop earlier in the summer (like constantly playing for a couple weeks) like they should be on this list.

Except maybe I Would Do Any thing for You (I think I played a lot in the Spring), the other “Top Songs” were during the Fall (since I was listening to Foxy Shazam bc of Peacemaker) and I was listening to old Rebecca Sugar demo songs like 2 weeks ago.

I don’t even recall listening to those artists as much, but then again I’ve been mostly listening to music on my ipod, not YouTube so ig they’re working on limited data. How tf are they never mentioned when there are 2 other kids that are practically locked up here (one is disabled and isolated and the other was “adopted” after original adoptive parents were potentially killed in a fire and was kept a secret until neighbors started noticing her and was finally sent to school, but was too out of place to actually want to keep going). The MC lived here for 10 years too. The only acknowledged child is the older sister who is a livestreamer who bullies the adopted sister and refers her to her chat as her “pet cat”.
