iâm thinking out loud
I know saying ânoâ can make you feel like youâre letting people down⊠but at the end of the day, your happiness is more important :))
âAnd remember this, that if youâve been hated, youâve also been loved.â

Hopeless at the Bottom of the Ocean
Iâm drowning in this misery.
Iâm hopeless.
I canât find joy in anything.
Everything and everybody is irritating and I feel so aggressive towards everyone who crosses my path.
I have put others before me for so long, I have lost myself.
Iâm so lost and everyone has turned their backs on me.
I feel as if I am losing oxygen and I am trying so hard to scream at the top of my lungs
But...
The problem is no one hears me.
Iâm alone and hopeless.
I am in such a deep hole at the bottom of the ocean that there is no way out.
This is what depression sometimes feels like.
It feels like I canât get oxygen into my lungs.
It feels like someone is ripping out my heart and stabbing it repeatedly with a knife.
If feels like everyone is screaming into my ears and my brain is replaying all these horrible negative messages back at me.
Iâm in such a deep toxic and negative place in my life, I donât see a way out...
And I ask myself...
Does anyone see a way out?
The Enchanted Withering Rose đ„
Iâm a hopeless romantic who is terrified of being in love.
I want what does not exist.
I envision my soul mate in my head and the deep conversations we would have in bed, tangled together.
The way they would kiss me.
The witty and sarcastic jokes they would blurt out to get me to laugh my loud and obnoxious laugh.
How they would do anything to get me to smile.
How they would look at me with such adoration even if I felt so simple and boring.
How they would go to extremes to make me happy and keep the relationship exciting and spontaneous.
But the more I wait for them, the more I feel like theyâre not going to come to me.
The more I feel like they may not exist.
I am beginning to feel like an enchanted withering rose.
