hi, would you mind making a few headcanons for matthew patel with a disabled/wheelchair user boyfriend? c:
a/n: as a person who had little to no mobility at a recent point in their life due to having arthritis and sometimes still struggle with it, i’ll try my best with this so let me know if i happen to get anything wrong <333
> matthew sometimes has this small voice in his head to just be around you as much as he can and be protective with you more than he usually is because how vulnerable you happen to be, sometimes it makes him a bit nervous okay :<?
> yet he seem to calm down when you reassured him that you’ll be completely fine and safe, because besides, you knew how vulnerable you are and you know how to live with it and matthew sees that.
> matthew sometimes would ask to push you himself from place to place since it could give you a break from pushing your weelchair yourself, and you get to talk to him along the way, so win win <333.
> there are some moments where he enjoys picking you up bridal style to get you somewhere since he says it’s much easier to just pick you up (he just wants to hold you, don’t believe his lies <333).
> i also like to think that matthew picked up the hobby of crocheting in middle school and never stopped since, so he just makes little bees and such to gift you and you just love having them attached to the handles to your wheelchair, you love his creations to not to, he even gets shy when giving them to you in the first place <333.
