At the other girl’s words, Shika thought about her character once more. Suzue Tamao, huh? Manipulative, blunt, and a control freak. Totally different from the shy pushover Shika. Except her character was more driven by her own twisted definition of love rather than greed.
“…My character’s kinda the same way, actually,” Shika muttered. She didn’t necessarily like it, considering that would make her more of a bully character than the helpless, lovable victim like she wanted, but Shika would have to take was she could get.
⚙— Mikie’s eyes seemed to light up a bit at the others words. At least she wasn’t alone, right? Her character just seemed made to be hated. Though, it’s not like she cared much. She wouldn’t be around for it anyway, it’s why she signed up for the killing game.
“Guess control freaks are a thing now then.” Mikie sighed, propping her head up on her hand as she thought about what she’d been relayed about Miu. The Ultimate Inventor sounded pretty nice if she was being honest, but she couldn’t be sure about... her personality. She didn’t sound pleasant despite the worker's impassioned speech.
“They say I’m a control freak, driven by a greed to succeed.”
“Oh, I broke it…”
⚙— She’s not going to respond at first, only looking at the broken invention that was a work in progress. Until the other broke it of course. She knew she could always begin to rebuild the machine but she couldn’t help but be a little annoyed at the now shattered machine.
“…How the hell did you break it?” The annoyance was hard to hide in her tone as she walked back over to the table she had left the invention. Weeks of tinkering, calling friends at four am for internment, & absolutely no sleep— gone. Gone in a simple accident. She didn’t want to scrap the damn thing, she’s spent too much time on it already after all. Though she could use the parts in another invention she had to get done soon…
“Ugh, you’re lucky I need the parts for another invention or I’d kick your ass out of here faster then you could blink!” Sighing, the inventor gave the parts a lazy kick. “What a waste of my genius…” // i want a new face // @truthuncovered.
